FAQ – BRADA HAWAIʻI
1. What does BRADA mean?
In Hawaiʻi, “brada” means brother. It’s about looking out for each other, laughing together, and sharing aloha. BRADA started as an inside joke in the surf and grew into a brand that spreads those values worldwide.
2. Where are BRADA products made?
All BRADA apparel is designed in Hawaiʻi and printed/fulfilled through trusted partners to ensure quality. Most orders ship from the U.S. for quick delivery.
3. How do BRADA shirts fit?
Our shirts are modern, soft, and true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing usually takes 2–3 business days. U.S. orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. International shipping times may vary.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! BRADA ships worldwide so you can carry aloha wherever life takes you.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right. Since many items are made to order, please check sizing carefully before purchasing.
7. How do I take care of my BRADA shirt?
For best results:
- Wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Don’t iron directly over the logo
8. Is BRADA just a clothing brand?
No. BRADA is about brotherhood, ʻohana, and aloha. The clothes are a way to carry that energy and inside joke into the world.
9. How can I join the BRADA crew?
Rep the gear, share the laughs, and spread aloha. Tag us on Instagram [@brada_hawaii] so we can feature you. (Future ambassador program coming soon 👀).
